Do you have SQL Server 2008 R2 Express loaded on this machine. If not go to the URL below and install it.

It would be best if you uninstall the 2005 engine. It is possible to have multiple SQL Server engines on the same machine, but setups get complicated if you do.

I uninstalled 2005, installed 2008 R2 successfully, now installing BW.
