In the new bridge works program I noticed that all my attached files
and photos are there in name only and "File name not defined in
catalog" pops up when I try to view them.

I tried resync and everything else I can think of to get them back.

Brandon,

There is a database icon with an arrow at the top of the panel that you can push to download the files onto your computer. The server has close to 250GBytes of files, so we do not automatically download to every workstation, therefore you have to request a download.

Thanks.

I tried clicking on the only two icons containing arrows and did not
get any results. One of the icons when hovered over with the mouse has
a pop-up that reads "List file order mode" and the other icon
containing an arrow reads "Get files missing in this control data". I
figured the second one to be the icon which would allow you to
download existing pictures but after clicking on it I get nothing.
Which panel are you viewing the database icon with an arrow? What does
this icon look like?

Thanks

Brandon,

The "Get files" button actually creates a background job that will download the files. Normally the only feedback you get is a message in the status bar at the bottom left of the main window. It does take a few minutes to download the files, which you can sort of see the status of in the text displayed new the lightning bolt in the lower right. Once the files are downloaded you still need to press the "Refresh" button in the lower right to refresh the display of files.

I think by now you should see the files are available. If not please let us know.

I hope this helps.

Mike
