Bridge Works information update

All:

The upgrades to the WSDOT server have been completed and we are ready to migrate your data back to it
from the temporary server we have been using.  The data transfer will begin after 6:00 pm December 14,
2009 (Monday).  Service should be restored before 6:00 am December 15 (Tuesday).  Therefore your
workstation will not be able to make a connection until Tuesday morning after 6:00 am.

My suggestion is that you make sure you are fully synchronized by 5:00 pm Monday afternoon.  You should
also log off the workstation so that the Bridge Works Service is not continually trying to make a
connection.

If you have to continue making bridge updates you should work in the disconnected mode.  Your data will
synchronize Tuesday after the server is back up and you have started Bridge Works again in the connected
mode.

Also we have received an update for the planned release of Bridge Works 8.3.x.x.  The tentative date is now
January 25, 2010.
