Schedule reminder for mandatory upgrade to Bridge Works v8.4

Attention All:
This is a reminder that tomorrow is the last day you will be able to make updates to your bridge data using Bridge Works v8.3. Any updates that you have in Work and are actively making revisions to must have enough time after your last revision to synchronize with the Server. Any action requests that you make (submit to Review, submit to Work, etc.) must also have enough time to finish the action.
The cut off time tomorrow is 5:00 p.m. but it is recommended you finish your work at least an hour before that time.
Also, this is a required upgrade to Bridge Works dotNET version 8.4. Bridge Works dotNET version 8.3 will not point to the proper server so even if you can make a connection you will not be accessing the correct data.
If you need help from your IT department please be sure to schedule time with them well before you need to use the application. Please refer to the document “Installing_BWS_v8-4.txt that was attached in a previous e-mail.
It is also requested that all Bridge Works users, especially those who do not have e-mail access, are made aware of this upgrade. It is highly desirable that all Local Agency Bridge Works users upgrade at the same time so that we all are connected to the Local Agency Server.
