Hey, I want to deploy a test application to a server.
I would assume I need to change the IP address for the local bridge server. Where do I do that? Is there anything special I need to do in order to achieve this?

Appears changing ~/.bridge/bridge-server/etc/vm.args is where is needs to happen :-)
