question about adding historical event data

We have been working to add a few missing events to Bridge Troll, so we can keep all of our data in one place!  Mary added most of those from all the different Bridges and I was double-checking numbers from the summary we did manually in 2013

I think that we're missing the second Pivotal Labs workshop in San Francisco in 2010

It seems like all the early workshops were imported somehow and have their volunteer lists and attendees imported as well, which is pretty neat!  Although, we do lose the link to the original meetup posting... 

Just adding the event via the "external event" form would be easy, but I just wanted to check first.

The events with imported RSVPs are those which had separate Student and Volunteer meetup postings, e.g.
https://www.bridgetroll.org/events/20

is composed of https://www.meetup.com/sfruby/events/55417492/ (Students) and https://www.meetup.com/sfruby/events/55424432/ (Volunteers).

The Meetup URLs for the imported events are still in the database, they just aren't shown anywhere on the UI anymore because it seemed to make less sense for that to take up any space now that they are a smaller proportion of the total events. If you've got an idea of where to surface it, we could add it back. It used to show up in the list view like this:

The 2010-09-10 event should probably just be an External Event.
