Collecting shirt sizes?

Hi everybody,

I work with the RailsBridge Triangle chapter, and we typically provide free t-shirts for event attendees.  We'd love to collect attendees' shirt size preferences when they RSVP, and would be happy to put together a pull request with this functionality added.  We could make collecting this info optional on a per-event basis, like dietary restrictions.

I was wondering if BridgeTroll would be open to such a PR?

I think the nearest-term most generalizable form of this feature would be to store an optional extra "custom_question" per-event, which would show up on the RSVP form and save its data as "custom_question_answer", which would then be displayed somehow on the organizer dashboard.

I'm imagining something like this:

but really the design could be anything so who knows!!

Someday it would be nice to allow organizers a way to collect whole lists of extra custom data but that's pie in the sky future technology stuff.

Thanks for the feedback, Travis!  I understand the goal of keeping things more general-purpose.  I'll put together a PR with the custom_question approach this weekend.
