what happens when use 'Send Survey' button in Bridgetroll Organizer Console for particular event?

Considering possibly using the 'Send Survey' button in Bridgetroll.org for future MobileBridge workshop, but would like to understand what will happen.

I see that event organizers can customize the text sent with the survey link (#328), but not sure:

• what the questions are (assuming it's a Google Form),
• where the results can be viewed
• how the system is architected for the multiple events, multiple course -- are all the results stored together? are there separate survey forms / response spreadsheets for each course, etc?

Can someone shed some light on this matter?

Hi Katherine,

It's not a Google form, it's built into Bridge Troll itself. After you click "Send Survey", the button turns into "View Survey Results", and you'll see the aggregated responses. There is just one survey, so you're getting feedback from the entire event, not on a per-session or per-course basis.

The questions are three text boxes and a 1-10 scale rating. Here's an example:

One other detail: the survey is sent to all attendees who checked into at least one session, but the results are aggregated by student and volunteer responses. The survey is not anonymous, since we're associating it with your account in the db, but we don't show the survey-taker's name anywhere in the UI with their response.

(If you wanted to get separate feedback about a teacher training from the workshop, this is a place where it seems like having an entirely separate event for the teacher training would be easier to handle than having it as one session of the whole event.)
