UX research / improvements

I've been thinking about how we could improve the organizer experience of using Bridge Troll. Putting on a workshop is a lot of work, and while we try to make the app as helpful as possible, I think that there's still a lot of functionality that people don't know about or maybe isn't actually useful to most people.

I would love for someone to do some user research with new and experienced RailsBridge organizers about how the organizer tools work (and don't work) for them, and then from that information come up with some improvements we could make.

The new event form itself is a pretty unwieldy page, so that's an area that it would be good to get feedback on and brainstorm improvements. The organizer console is also chocked full of tools that people may or may not know about.

Would anyone else be interested in joining Sylvia and me on a hangout to discuss UX stuff further?
