I'm interested in contributing to the source code at https://github.com/railsbridge/bridge_troll.  Can I get contributor access, or should I fork the repository, create a new branch, and submit it as a pull request?

The changes I'd like to make are at https://github.com/rubyonracetracks/cheat_sheets/blob/master/rails_legacy_projects.md.  I want anyone who joins this project to have it fully set up on his/her local machine in minutes, not hours or days.  In addition, I'd like to update the outdated Ruby and gem versions currently in use.

Hi Jason, best to probably fork, branch, and then PR.
