Hey Skip:

Haven't seen you in forever; but our move plans have come to fruition.  We
sold our house here 2 times; looks like the sale will go through this time
and we'll go to closing Oct. 24.  We are buying a house in Kannapolis, NC
and will close there on Oct. 26.  As you can imagine, Bob and I are running
around like crazy trying to pack for a house that is one third what we have
here, which is the reason I'm writing you today.
If you don't mind, can you send the attached "Moving Sale" flyer out to all
the Gap Partnership mailing lists.  We need to rid ourselves of tons of
stuff or we will be sleeping in the yard at Heather Glen Subdivision.

Everything has moved a lot faster than we expected; our house sold quickly
and for a good price and we found what we wanted in NC.  It has left us no
time to get around to folks to say goodbye and to tell people how much it
has meant to know them.  For social workers who believe in "a good
termination process", the lack of such has been hard for us.  Hopefully
we'll be back in Big Stone and Norton often enough to backtrack with our
goodbyes..

Anyway, consider this something of a goodbye, and know that we wish you
well in all the many projects you're working on and that we are glad this
area has you and your compatriots working to foster an improved quality of
life for everyone.  Maybe we'll see you at Home Crafts Day events.
