Hola,

Info about the ecosystem task is split in Podio between a Milestone and a Deliverable

I just created this shared google doc (also linked in podio above) that outlines most of the pieces we're dealing with.

We'll be meeting at The Hub Thursday 9:30-11:30 to push the diagram and mapping project forward. All are welcome to join.

I had originally set up a base to build a diagram on Cacoo but that may die Thurs in favor of more designy tools.

If you can jam a bit on the google doc now, that'd be super swell.

Just had a look at the Podio references.  Am I right that other than referencing contacts, nothing has been done on this to date?  Also, it’s far more than contacts that we need, namely how all the pieces of the systems (changes, ETO, proprietary), providers (resource center, shelters, medical services, food, etc.), hospitals, jails, clients, city, etc., etc.  There’s a lot to be done here.

Hi Barry et al,
Organizations in Highrise are catalogued with tags. For example, when
you click on the tag "CHANGES" it takes you to a list of shelters and
resource centers associated with CHANGES. Click on SHELTERS it takes
you to all the shelters that have been added to the database. When you
click on both CHANGES and SHELTERS together, it takes you to the
shelters that are in Changes. Click on sfgov and it takes you to city
agencies. Click on SAW and it takes you to agencies and organizations
involved in SAW, etc.

The database is by no means comprehensive, but will provide a
substantial starting place, particularly as we remain focused on
emergency shelters.

REQUEST to Barry and Andrew: I did not receive handouts at the last
SAW meeting and would really like to see a copy before Thursday, if
possible....???

Andrew: I'll try to call you again tomorrow vis-a-vis the video.
