Hi Gang,

 

Please be sure to submit expenses to me; ideally in the next week.  Here are the items we’ve discussed to date:

 

·         Travel:  Up to one meeting per week, per person; up to a total budget of $500

·         Supplies:  May flipchart purchase

·         Tech:  Domain, hosting costs

·         Food:  8/13 rehearsal sandwiches

·         Promotional:  Tonight’s t-shirts

·         Video:  Camera person

 

Let me know if there are other items.  What I need from each of you is an electronic invoice (your info, date, cost, description) via email and I’ll Paypal you or send a check, whatever you prefer.
