Attached is a flyer for an  upcoming dinner program regarding  VA benefits sponsored by Case Management Society of America.
The speaker will be discussing various services offered by the VA and how to qualify. Including benefits for skilled nursing and long term care facilities, clinics, medication program for those without part D medicare, the program that provides money to offset costs of caregiving etc.
