Freeze Stats

Freeze Stats are common temperature sensing devices that are used to prevent coils from freezing.  They trigger above the freezing point of the coil they are trying to protect.

The Freeze_Status point has the definition of "Indicates if a substance contained within a vessel has frozen".  Is this intended to be used for the output of a Freeze Stat and it just has a slightly inaccurate definition? Or is this for a different purpose and we need some new sensor or status point to reflect that a lower temperature limit prior to freezing has been reached.
