I have received your representation in respect of the application for a new premises licence for the above premises. There are two points I need to raise:
1. I note that your home address is in Deal Street, some distance from the premises in question. In order to accept your representation as valid I need to know either: how this application will effect you directly; or if you are speaking on behalf of the Ward Panel, which residents you are speaking on behalf of.
2. The applicant has agreed to reduce the hours of the sale of alcohol to 07:00 - 23:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. Does this amendment effect your representation in any way.
