Dear Sir/Madam,
I live on Woodseer Street just off Brick Lane. as well as the street urination, tonight we had 2 groups of drug dealers constantly using the street. By chance I found 2 of your enforcement officers along Brick lane and asked them to attend but they were completely disinterested. These guys are a waste of our council tax.
