Important Brick Fiesta information - PLEASE READ

There is just ONE WEEK left to take advantage of the BEST deals for Brick Fiesta!

Friday, May 27 is the DEADLINE for several things:

• It is the LAST day to buy your Brick Fiesta All-Access membership and get a brick badge.  All All-Access memberships purchased after that date will get a paper version of the badge. Register NOW
  
• Full convention goodie bags will be reserved for members registered by May 27 and will be available as supplies last to those registered after May 27.
• There are fewer than 10 Super Secret MOCs still available to buy.  Once they are sold out there won't be another opportunity to get one.  
• It is the LAST day to get 2 bonus raffle tickets per MOC you register (up to 5 MOCs)  There are so many awesome raffle prizes, you will want as many tickets as you can get!  Register MOCs HERE
  
• It is the LAST day to let us know that your LUG group plans to participate in the LUG Collaborative Build - Space Cowboys division.  After that date we will reallocate the prime spaces we had reserved for LUG Collaborative builds to other purposes.
  
• It is the LAST day to pre-order extras of the official Brick Fiesta T-shirt and minifig torsos.  There will be a very limited supply available at Brick Fiesta. Please share this info with anyone you know who may be planning to attend the public exhibition.  Pre-ordering T-shirts & minifig torsos is the only way to be certain you will get what you want.
  

Hotel Registration 

If you plan to stay at the Westin Galleria (where all the fun will be happening) don't wait too long to book your room!  

We filled all the rooms in the Brick Fiesta block for Thursday, July 7 & Sunday, July 10, but have added more.  

The Westin has asked how many more rooms we anticipate needing, if you plan to stay at the Westin but  for whatever reason won't be making your reservation within the next couple of weeks please let us know so we can try to have enough rooms added at the Brick Fiesta rate which is less than half of the regular rate! We may be able to add more again at the special negotiated rate if we need them, but there is no guarantee.  BOOK NOW

Social Media / Advertising

Please share information about the Brick Fiesta Public Exhibition with everyone you know who may be interested, and ask them to share it with their friends too.  

Neighborhood forums, NextDoor groups, etc. are a great place to share information about Brick Fiesta.

Public Exhibition memberships, Brick Fiesta T-shirts, Brick Fiesta minifig torsos can be bought through our website as well as directly from our Facebook page.  

Public Exhibition memberships purchased online through July 6 are discounted 20% off the at the door price.

Sumobot Challenge

Tim Rueger will be coordinating the Sumobot challenge again this year.  Help him prepare by registering your robots by July 2 and by sharing this information with anyone you know who is interested in LEGO robotics. 

MOC Registration

The GOOD news:

More than 70 MOCs have been registered so far. THANK YOU to everyone who has registered MOCs, this is really helpful for our space planning!

We are working hard to showcase every registered MOC in the best possible way.  Help us help you by registering as soon as you know what you'll be bringing.

The BAD news:

With more than 140 All-Access memberships already purchased, more than half of our all-access members have not registered a MOC!  

Are you one of the members who hasn't registered a MOC?  

The sooner we know what you plan to bring the better we can plan.

This is particularly important for large MOCs!  Even if you don't have all the details yet, please register the category and dimensions, you can always submit an update later.
