There is less than 1 month until the start of Brick Fiesta!
Your co-chairs and many helpers are working like crazy to get everything ready, it should be another fantastic convention!
Reminders & important deadlines
- Hopefully everyone who plans to attend as an All-Access member has already registered.
- The final order of t-shirts will be placed on JUNE 15. All Access memberships purchased after that date will not
get a Brick Fiesta T-shirt.
- June 30 is the last day to buy All Access and Companion
memberships at the current price, prices increase to $70 All Access and $30
Companion on July 1.
- Be a pal and share this information with anyone you know who
you think may be planning to attend.
- Our hotel block is almost full, don’t wait to book your
rooms, the Brick Fiesta rate is less than ½ of the regular room rate. Once we have filled our block there is no
guarantee that we will be able to get more rooms at that rate.
Load-In Information
- The loading area & parking garage has an unusually low
overhead clearance of 6’6”.
- There is a loading dock for larger trucks, let us know if
you will need to use it and we will get you that information.
- We are trying to make arrangements for alternate parking for
oversize vehicles, please let us know ASAP if you are bringing a trailer that
won’t fit in the garage as well as approximately when you plan to arrive so we
can make arrangements for you. (Day & ballpark time of day)
- Load-in information including times & maps will be
posted soon.
MOCS
- Thank you to everyone who has registered MOCs. We have a great number and variety of
registered MOCs, space is filling up!
- If you plan to register a large MOC, please do
so by the end of the weekend (June 12) so we can plan for it. It’s fairly easy to find space for smaller
MOCs at the last minute, but not so for large ones.
- If you have registered a large MOC and realize
that you won’t be using all the space you originally planned for, please let us
know so we can re-allocate that space
