to Brian Mac Ian Workshops & Classes
Hello everybody! I hope you are enjoying fall/autumn so far...
though it still feels like summer to me!

I'm leading two workshops at The Actors' Center in October; one on the
13th and the other on the 27th. Even though the focus will be
getting you reading for the AC Lottery auditions, the workshops will
be just as relevant for other audition situations.

Here's the official announcement from the AC website. I hope you can
come!

Cheers!

Brian

Monologue Preparation for AC Lottery Auditions with Brian Mac Ian
Saturday October 13 & 27 | 10:00am to 1:00pm

The Actors' Center Lottery Auditions are coming up in November and now
is the time to be working on your monologue. We'll work on the vocal
and physical nuances that go into making your character believable and
memorable and in bringing out your best in preparing for auditions. Be
sure to bring two copies of your monologue - one for you and one for
the instructor - to make notes on. Also be sure that you've memorized
it so there's no need for holding paper while trying to act. Remember:
if you're getting ready for an audition coming up, it's better to
present one that you know very well than one you want to try out for
the first time.
