I have not seen these kind of errors before, so I'm not quite sure what is going on. I assume you use the latest version of Brian (2.3.0.2) and Brian2GeNN (1.5)? Just to be sure it is not some behaviour due to some left-over files, could you delete the GeNNworkspace directory before trying again? If you still get an error, please open an issue on https://github.com/brian-team/brian2genn/issues and I'll include the GeNN developers in the conversation.
