No approval for API key after 2 weeks?

I have a couple API keys requested.   Intended for a dev / experimental one and a production one.

They have been sitting there for 2 weeks. 

When is the last time someone has had their keys approved?

Hey Brett,

We've been approving keys constantly.  Yours just hasn’t gotten to the front of the queue yet.  But I just checked, and it should be coming up sometime this morning.

The website documentation says the turn around time is a few hours, and with the twitter account dormant I wasn't sure if I should abandon hopes of using this. :)
