Hi all!  I just came across the API and haven't had a chance to read over all the messages here, so I don't know if this kind of thing is welcomed.  I guess just tell me to sod off if I'm in the wrong place.

For some time, I have been accumulating ingredient data in an effort to build a mobile/web app for homebrewers.  I have built a fairly extensive database of ingredients (330 in total), but the depth of information is equally extensive.  My hops table in my database (74 records) has full data on alpha acids, beta acids, humulene, caryophyllene, cohumulone, myrcene and farnesene; fermentables (90 records) has SRM and hex colors, moisture %, coarse/fine difference, diastatic power, dry yield, protein % - although not all of the records have full data.  In addition to the hops and fermentables, I have 135 yeasts and 32 adjuncts.  I also have great descriptions for every ingredient in my database.

If the PintLabs folks are willing and able to accept the data and integrate it into the API, I'd be happy to share it so that more developers of beer apps can use it.

Hey Jared,

That sounds like an incredible amount of awesome data.  I'd love to have a look and see what you have.  I'm sure we'd be up for adding in some additional data and endpoints.  If you want to send us some info, you can email our team directly at team at pint labs dot com.

Cheers!

Has there been any movement on this? This is exactly the kind of information I was hoping BreweryDB would have
