Search result limit

Hi there, I've just connected brewerydb API to my project, and straight off the bat: how do you limit the amount of search results on a given request? The closest thing to that in the docs looks to be: 

p	Page Number

but it doesn't work as I expect it to. I basically need to limit the amount of results to some given max number
