Is there anyone to have my api key verification expedited?

We hit a roadblock and can't further proceed with our school project because of this... Unfortunately time is the true enemy at the moment. Not sure if this was the correct place to contact but thank you for your time!

I sent them an email and they got it approved as soon as possible!

I think this API is dead, or has no more support. I've had an API request for over a week, emailed.. still nothing.
