Hi 

I’m Elaine.  I have been learning to make sake and now have enough for about a year…..

I have about 4 cups of frozen komekoji give away if anybody is interested in trying to make their own homemade sake.  The hard part is done,,,, now you just add rice, water, yeast and a few additives! 

4 cups is enough to make several batches (1litre) (or a 4 litre and a 1 litre batches).  I can include the recipe.  It can be stored in the freezer until used, but I don’t want to store it until I am ready to brew again.  

I am in the New Westminster/Burnaby/Vancouver area.
