Breve needs a maintainer

Hi everyone,

I've made the rather large decision to move away from Python for future
development, and because I'm a lazy guy with a cranial capacity only
able to hold a single language fully in his head, I'm going to have to
shelve Python (for the most part anyway).

Still, I'd really like to see Breve continue to be supported as I think
it's a unique solution in the Python world.

I'm willing to continue to provide hosting for the site and the source
code for as long as needed (or indefinitely for that matter), but I'd
like to see someone else commit to fixing bugs and improving Breve (as
if!).
