Fix for include directive

There's an initial fix for issues wrt the include directive committed to
svn.

Previously, include was quite limited. You couldn't loop over an
included file with a listcomp, you couldn't include within includes,
inheritance didn't work, etc.

As it turns out, the fix was remarkably simple: the include directive
now starts a fresh template instance (with settings inherited from the
parent template). On paper this sounds perfect. In the small amount of
tests I've done it seems perfect ;-) I won't be surprised or
disappointed if it isn't.

Anyone who's interested is encouraged to try it. I'll be conducting
more tests and I think we can expect a 1.1.8 release within a week.
