Good afternoon,

 

I currently have the fuel bid on the street, yesterday was the deadline for questions.  I received over 70 questions, and I will need your help with some of them.  Please answer the following questions the best way possible and forward to me by noon on Monday, January 12th.  If it’s not applicable, please put N/A.

 

  1. Which tanks are above ground and require a pump vs what tanks are UST ?

 

  1. I see that you have split tanks into yearly volume usage but is there a breakdown which addresses are deemed transport, and which are deemed tank wagon? A clearly defined difference would be very helpful.  Please let me know which are transport and which are tank wagaon.

 

  1. Would the portable storage tanks just be used in an emergency situation?

 

  1. Which locations currently utilize a portable storage tank?

 

  1. Can you please provide t
  2. Can you please provide a list of the generator locations and indicate how often they are fueled?

 

  1. How often has the fuel been tested under the current contract?

 

  1. Which location(s) currently receiving Wet Hose Fueling into buses?

 

  1. Can you please provide the number of buses that are currently being wethosed at each location?

 

  1. For bus wethosing, are all buses located at a central location for fueling? If so, what is the location?

 

  1. What time does the wethosing of buses occur?

 

  1. Can you please provide the number and type of off road equipment that are currently being wethosed at each location?

 

  1. Which location(s) currently receiving Wet Hose fuel directly into off road equipment?

 

  1. What time does the wethosing of off road equipment occur?

 

  1. For off road wethosing, is all the off road equipment located at a centralized location? If so, which location?

 

  1. Will OPIS Orlando Daily Average reports be required to be submitted with invoices?
