Dear BCPEPC Members,
I am writing to inform you that the City of Cocoa will be terminating its service agreement with Univar Solutions, USA Inc. for the supply of Ammonium Sulfate, under Cooperative Contract No. B-25-01-BCPEPC-D. This termination is being made in accordance with the terms of the agreement and is due to continued performance issues. The termination will be effective December 4, 2025.
To ensure continuity of service, the City of Cocoa intends to replace this contract with an award to Thatcher Chemical, which will be presented for approval at an upcoming City Council meeting. Thatcher has committed to honoring its original bid pricing, with a 5% escalation applied for the first renewal period.
We encourage all cooperative members to review any open purchase orders with Univar that may be impacted by this change and take appropriate action as needed.  I will provide the replacement contract documents when available.

Good afternoon all

I’m looking to see if anyone in the Co-Op has a bid for Alternative Paving Methods. If so, can you send me the pricing and the vendors? Thank you.
