I would like to begin by apologizing that our last meeting was not available online. Unfortunately, we experienced an internet connectivity issue at the meeting location. We are actively working on a plan to provide internet access moving forward; however, at this time we cannot guarantee online availability for future meetings.
With that in mind, I have a few important requests and reminders as we move forward:

Given our ongoing internet limitations, it is very important that each entity has a representative present at each meeting. This will ensure we have meaningful input, shared best practices, and productive discussions that truly reflect the commitment of all members participating in the co-op.

This is a friendly reminder that the name of your entity’s designated voting representative is due today, Thursday, January 22, 2026.
If you have already submitted your representative’s information, thank you — it is greatly appreciated. If not, please send the name to me at your earliest convenience so we can move forward with upcoming co-op items, including the Secretary nomination and voting process.
As mentioned previously, having a designated representative is especially important given our current internet limitations, as it helps ensure we have full participation and meaningful input from all members.
