Good Friday afternoon,

My Director and I along with Transportation have reviewed the bid tabulation and we find that’s in the best interest to award the fuel to Palmdale and Sunoco as Primary.  It all came down to the fuel that had the most quantities.

 

I have attached a spreadsheet that my Director came up with.

 

Please review and let know if you have any questions.  I will be out of the office on Monday but will return on Tuesday.

 

I have not posted the Notice of Intent yet, I will do that on Tuesday morning if no one has any concerns.

Also, I’m looking for an agency to be the lead on this contract after this term is up.  Let me know if you are interested.
