Michelle brings 11 years of experience with Sonoma County Transportation and Public Works, where she worked on over 100 Capital Improvement projects in project management, bridge administration, road engineering design, AutoCAD drafting, project financing and land surveying. Most recently she worked for an architectural firm as a Construction Administration Assistant Project Manager upgrading and building new high schools. She also has a background in Business Administration and Management.

Donna Janson has been with Oakman Enterprises since 2019. She is the project administrator and assists with getting projects set up, insurances, submittals, all project documentation, and general office management.

Dan Whiteman is Vice Chairman of Coastal and has more than fifty years of construction experience. He is responsible as Principal in Charge for oversight on several projects, Client relationships and he leads the development of multiple Coastal initiatives including Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

Tom C. Murphy joined the family business during summers and spring breaks while attending high school. Since beginning his full-time career at Coastal, he has held every position from field engineer up to his current position as Co-President. His overall responsibilities are new project acquisitions, including overseeing business development, sales, marketing, preconstruction, estimating, prequalification, owner contracts and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Together Sean and his brother Tom C. are responsible for financial accountability, implementation of the corporate strategic plan, IT and risk management oversight. Mr. Murphy leads the development of construction policies and procedures, and the implementation of various web-based project management systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy and team accountability.

As a Regional Vice President, Mr. Moore is responsible for the successful delivery of projects from concept and award through creation. Brandon works closely with stakeholders, the design team, and owners/operators to develop and manage key project metrics and deliverables running through successful design, preconstruction, physical construction, and occupancy for some of the most well-known and preeminent owners, builders, and developers throughout the country.

Mr. Moore has over 20 years of experience working as a development executive and project management professional in the hospitality, residential multi-family, office, retail, restaurant, casino, entertainment and resort sectors from Florida to California totaling over $3 billion in value.

With 22 years of construction industry experience Murphy has worked on a variety of luxury residential projects including: The Mansions at Acqualina in Sunny Isles, 15 Star Island, and Aqua in Miami Beach, among many others.

George has 33 years of preconstruction and estimating experience and has worked in the South Florida market for over 20 years. George is involved in preparing budgets from the schematic to the GMP phase for a variety of projects including multi-residential, hotel, commercial and mixed-use. He leads estimating teams to insure complete coverage during the pricing phase including analysis of subcontractor and vendor proposals as well as value engineering.

With over 42 years in the construction industry, John is responsible for all facets of the preconstruction process including working with clients from the initial budget development stage on to the final GMP stage. John works closely with the project management team at all stages of design and delivery. John and his team handle all constructability reviews, bidding, bid package development, value engineering and budget updates for each project under his assignment.

His experience includes the construction of numerous hotels, condominiums, apartment buildings, schools, government buildings and offices. Some of his high profile projects include: The Plaza Coral Gables, FENDI Chateau, and The SLS Miami Beach, among others.

Ed has over 42 years of construction management experience including extensive experience with high-end condominium and hotel projects. Ed oversees large scale projects including client relationships, staffing, project budget and schedule management. Having spent his entire career in South Florida, Ed is a respected industry veteran and has a history of strong relationships with local municipalities, subcontractors and others within the local market.

Keith has over 30 years of construction management experience including extensive experience with high-end condominium and hotel projects. With nearly 20 years of experience at Coastal and in the South Florida construction market, Ken has grown through the ranks from laborer to Vice President of our premier projects. Ken works closely with preconstruction through operations including project planning, team development, schedule, quality, financial performance, and overall client relationship and satisfaction.

Lenny has over 40 years of Construction experience working in South Florida. Lenny has worked on several high-profile projects for Coastal as a Project Executive and Vice President, St Regis, Oceana Key Biscayne, and Plaza Coral Gables. Lenny has also worked in the capacity of Vice President for several well-known Developers in South Florida. Lenny has had the opportunity to work on various types of projects from inception through post-construction and warranty service. Projects include Master Developments with multiple Condominiums, connecting amenity decks and on grade Townhouses and amenities such as Pool decks, tennis centers, and Clubhouses. Lenny has also worked on Resort renovations, Hotels, Convention Centers, and major retail expansions.

Lisa has 31 years of experience in the construction industry. She has been with Coastal Construction for a little over 20 of those years. From a young age Lisa wanted to be an architect. She attended University of Florida with the intent to graduate with a degree in architecture but quickly changed her major to Construction Management and has enjoyed all the challenges and experiences she has encountered along the way. Lisa works closely with preconstruction through operations including project planning, team development, schedule, quality, financial performance, and overall client relationship and satisfaction.

Martin Bandin brings with him 17 years of construction management experience in operations and project controls. He has participated and implemented the deployment of many construction technologies for refinement of field, project management and back-office programs. He is experienced in the successful development and execution of employee training curricula, as well as management of internal support programs. Martin is an expert at identifying control lapses and developing companywide guidelines for mitigation.

Mark grew up in St. Croix U.S.V.I with a father in construction and has a 26+ year career spanning projects across the US and Caribbean. Prior to joining Coastal, Mark headed up operations for two US companies in Hawaii helping to build the Hawaiian skyline in 3 Hawaiian islands.
