Brennan app can't find Brennan on iPad

Didn't see this in the forum. I installed the Brennan App on my iPad. When I connect and tell the app to "find" my Brennan b2, it can't. I can get to the Brennan WebGui using my browser on the iPad no problem. I then tried manually setting the IP address of the Brennan in the app, at which point the App exited. After that, selecting the App on the tablet just causes a brief pulse of image and then the app exits. I delete the App and start all over again with the same results.

Any suggestions? This is suppose to be simple. :-)

What router are you using? Is it a BT model?

Hi Jeff,

Try uninstalling the app, powering the iPad off and on again and then reinstall the app.

If you have a BT Smart Hub 2, check the software date as BT have recently released new software for that router.
