Yes, I've experienced the B2 stalling before the end of a rip. Sometimes I noticed those albums had video tracks, usually not. I found it was less likely to happen and faster to rip when I added an external CD drive to the B2. I'd say it also helps to clean the underside of discs before ripping. About halfway through our CD collection I moved to ripping only on my laptop using dBpoweramp. That has a lot of benefits, but most relevant to this discussion is that the software will tell you if a track has errors. Conversely, it will confirm your rips are accurate. You can then skip any bad tracks but still have the rest of the album. The B2, of course, can't tell you, so I believe it just stops. Which is better than loading a corrupt file.
