Hi , upgraded software well over an hour ago, B2 says software updated but it has been reboooting for the last hour or so. Any suggestions

Try pressing a button. If that fails just power it off an on.

Had to power it off then on and re connect to wi-fi, had upgraded all appears to be well

Good, have to say sometimes this happens - I have no explanation as to why (it is NOT linked to this upgrade).
