Anyone? What does "PIC NG" mean on the oled screen?

Yes PIC NG means that communication between the front panel and the motherboard has failed. Please email us on -   thebrennanb2   @   gmail   .   com   - no spaces, with a brief description of the problem and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Or if you feel like checking the connection you can remove the front panel assembly (four screws on the underside) and check that the grey ribbon cable/black plug is fully pushed into it's socket.
