Formatting external HD (Fat32) solution

If anybody's struggling to format a large capacity external HD to what is now the outdated (though still useful) Fat32, I might have found the solution. After much trial and error, I'd recommend the Seagate DiscWizard. Free down,oad and it worked easily and well on my WD Passport.

Hope this saves someone the time and the aggravation that I had to spend!

Hi Mark,

I assume with Disk Wizard you are still limited to a maximum HDD partition size of 2TB...
