All controls at the unit do not function. BB1 must be operated from Brennan app on iPad, i.e., no on/off, volume, next back, anything at the unit.

Remove all sources of power - batteries, if fitted and the mains adaptor from USB C - and leave the BB1 unpowered for 5 minutes or so. Plug the USB C adapter lead in and press POWER. Does the BB1 power up? Do the controls work?
