I currently have my B2 connected to an old Technics amp from SPDIF to aux RCA and playing it through wired speakers.

I’m thinking of upgrading to a Cambridge CXA81 amplifier, keeping the speakers and adding wireless speakers in two other rooms.

Any comments on that proposal? Also, will I need a DAC and any experience of how to play through the wireless speakers?  Any preferences over SONOS?

Hi Tutan

I have one of their older versions of this amp and it works superbly with the B2, it does include a DAC so no need for another, all you need is a Toslink to mini digital cable, see the shop page for a picture. I don't use wireless speakers so cannot comment.

Hi Tutan,

The B2 doesn't stream music over WiFi, only Bluetooth, so this is your only option unless the Cambridge can support wireless speakers.
