Bandcamp files on flash drive won't transfer

I have put the USB Flash drive in Port C and when I open the B2 from the PC laptop, the files show under the USB C. I click on the download and nothing happens. Any thoughts or opinions on how to remedy this? I have tried FLAC and WAV. I have tried USB/Import on the device and nothing happens.
