Replacement OLED screen for B2 not working

Hi,

My B2 screen recently stopped working for no apparent reason.  I thought it most likely to be a hardware error/problem so bought new screen and replaced the old one.  Power on. screen still not working.  Brennan online and I can see it through the App and web UI so it is just the screen not working.

Any clues
