Good morning all
After many hours of trouble free listening to my B2 I checked the issue status and noticed that it had moved on from B2B Mar 21 to B2B Jul 21. So I went to settings and "Web Upgrade" and pushed the knob. The display now states "Rebooting Software Upgraded", it has been like this for around 20 minutes and seems to have frozen (no sound of anything working inside.
How long would this upgrade be expected to take and if it has frozen what safe action can I take to recover my B2B to working order.
If it helps or is relevant I have around 4600 discs, 86000 tracks on the HD in FLAC format, nothing else.
