Hi,
Doing initial B2 setup for my wifi internet and not having any luck.
The B2 sees the wifi, requests the password (which I enter), but immediately displays "B2 500gb".

Best I can tell from the doc, videos, and forum, I should get a "Connecting" message, but none appears, just the "B2 500gb".
Moved the unit next to the router, but no go.

I have multiple wifi connection to the router, so I know it works.
The router is provided by the cable company (BrightHouse), so I don't have browser access to it, but I will contact them if that's the probable issue.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unplug the router for 60 seconds.

Hi  J R,

Try Edwards suggestion first (sounds like he's been there....). If that doesn't work goto - Settings > Maintenance > Reset WiFi and run Setup WiFi again.

After entering the password and pressing NEXT the display should show 'Connecting 1' then 'Connecting 2' and then 'Connecting 3', before reporting 'Failed' if it hasn't connected. If 'Failed' is displayed do a reboot - Settings > Maintenance > Reboot.

Do you know if the router is dual band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) as this can cause a problem if the two networks have the same name?
