Where are my files?

After five years with 800+ LPs loaded, by B2 suddenly shows only "Brennan B2" on the display and my computer can't detect the device. Can't access settings or anything else. Where's my stuff and how do I access it?

If thre is no clock display running on the B2, then it has no internet connection. The odds are that it has no connection to the network in your home, which is why your computer can't find it.
