Just to add a little more, b2db is actually just a text file (but without the .txt extension) that can be loaded into Word for printing. It lists all Albums AND tracks in your library. Loading into Word (or similar) is best as it is formatted automatically. Notepad gives a much more basic (and virtually unusable) printout.
If you just want an album list, the 'List Albums' command is the easiest one to use.
if you want the album list in a more logical order so you can search for a given album more easily, you need to sort the b2db file into alphabetical order whilst maintaining its structure and overall content. For some years now, I have posted a free app in Dropbox that does just that. The link is -
When it runs, it sorts b2db into alphabetic order. If you load this new b2db back into your Brennan, the music will be displayed & play in this order in the UI. (There's a Read Me file that explains how to do this.) It also outputs a couple of text files: one very similar to 'List Albums' but with a bit more information, such as the number of tracks in each Album, and another that lists both albums and tracks. (Another text file it outputs tells you if you have any unknown artist, album or track names and other details about your library.)
If you want to know the time duration of each album & track as well, plug in a recent Backup made using 'USB Functions > Export to C'. Then the app add this info to the listings in both the main text files, as well as analysing the Backup for accuracy and completeness.
I hope you find it useful.
All the best, Andy
