Relatively new b2 owner just connected turntable to aux on b2 and volume of music from records is very low, have to turn to max vol and can barely hear. Any ideas why?

Hi Martin,
you need a phono stage / preamp just as you do on many HIFI amps now that do not have built-in phono stages.
This is needed to boost the signal from your turntable cartridge which is too weak for a standard line-in.

Hi Martin,
It's called an RIAA preamplifier - it boosts the signal level and adds equalisation to ensure the correct frequency response.
