Hi
I have got my Brennan loaded up. I loaded it mostly by USB using my Sony Walkman. Its been great at this but I tried loading some tracks yesterday and the Brennan no longer recognises the Walkman ( in USB A or C). I have updated the Brennan software, reformatted the Walkman but no go. Has anybody any ideas of a fix here?

Does your computer recognize the Walkman as a disk drive?  If so, copy the songs onto the computer and then copy them to a USB stick (that has been formatted by the Brennan).  Then you can Import them from the USB stick.

Please note that Brennans can only "see" USB storage devices if they are formatted as FAT32.  To ensure that they are properly formatted for the Brennan, use the Brennan's USB utilities to do this formatting.
