This is what the web ui shows
bTubeWebUpgrade () cannot find /media/usba/btubeV8.tar.gz

Hi Keith
The clue is in bTubeWebUpgrade are you trying the web upgrade or upgrade from USB stick? If USB you need to use USB upgrade option with the stick with firmware loaded on it.
