CD not loading

Hi,

I have a B2 that I got a few days ago. The CD drive will not pull in a cd. It says CD loading when I try to put a CD in but its not actually being pulled the drive. Any fixes for this?

Hi Elio,

Try Reset CD which can be found in the Advanced menu - use the front control to go to Settings >> Maintenance >> Advanced >> Reset CD.
